This is why this container is coaching + co-creation: because being seen brings discomfort, and it also asks for devotion to what is real.
When I first started showing up online, I thought I needed pillars, a plan, people to help me build a structure. But I noticed something: every time I posted, there was friction. Discomfort. I learned that in the exposure of sharing myself, I had fears and limited beliefs, self-judgements and deeper layers creating resistance. It became duty and obligation instead of fun and creative—instead of just being able to show up.
For me, posting on social media has been a self-expression journey. And now, I want to share this with you.
We hide in social media under what we are selling, behind ChatGPT-generated content, and we lose the essence of ourselves as humans. I am good at seeing people. I crave authenticity. I truly believe that when you are witnessed by someone who sees your essence, you can show the world what you embody—your message and your voice.
This is for the person who is building something meaningful—who has depth, lived experience, and mastery in what they do. But in a world obsessed with selling polished images and curated aesthetics, what's often missing is true embodiment: the day-to-day rituals, the unfiltered moments, the practices that reveal your essence.
When it comes to showing up online, you might find yourself hiding behind aesthetic instead of voice, overthinking what to share, feeling exposed on camera, or trying to "do it right" in ways that leave you feeling smaller.
